Peter Shannon

Peter has worked as a design engineer in manufacturing industry for over 20 years initially involved in the design of mechanical handling equipment for all the major automotive manufacturers.

He moved into the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as a design engineer and spent a number of years involved in the design of many multi disciplinary projects for numerous multi-national companies.

In 2001 Peter became the Design Manager for Sullivan Design and has been involved in the design and project management of numerous developments within the food industry ranging in value from a few thousands of pounds to £3.5m schemes.

Will Wright

Will has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, having gained experience in both the public and private sectors as: -

Will has designed and project managed multi-disciplinary projects and managed a team of specialising in industrial and process services.

Throughout the 1990’s Will specialised in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries, becoming Divisional Director of a specialist D&B Contractor before setting up his own company.

Dave Mills

Dave has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He worked for 7 years as the Mechanical and Electrical Specialist at ProLogis Developments Ltd.

Dave was responsible for the provision of utilities and building services from initial land appraisal through to handover of completed buildings.

Prior to ProLogis, Dave was the Design Manager for N G Bailey, one of the top five building services contractors in the UK. In this role, Dave was responsible for designing and estimating all types of commercial, industrial, retail and leisure projects.

Stephen Gill

Stephen is a pro-active and versatile individual with broad experience. Extensive knowledge in designing energy efficient and reliable industrial refrigeration systems for food and process applications.

An excellent communicator who is frequently invited as a speaker and technical and business author.

Stephen has 30 years’ progressive responsibility and achievement in the industrial refrigeration engineering industry as Director, Senior Manager, Design Engineer, Projects Manager, and Consultant.

Matt Cartwright

Clients benefit from Matthew's wide-ranging electrical services knowledge, particularly experienced on industrial and multi-occupancy commercial applications.
